NEW IO Diffuser - Stainless Steel Series - In-Tank CO2 Diffuser

The IO Stainless Steel Series CO2 Diffuser is the stylish approach to In-Tank carbon dioxide injection due to the innovative Nano CO2 Mist Technology ceramic membrane! Co2 passing through its porous surface is dissolved readily into streams of tiny bubbles, providing your plants with the most efficient absorption.

Our New IO Stainless Steel Series CO2 Diffuser optimises the amount of CO2 being injected into the aquarium for its efficient absorption for plants and therefore less co2 waste. Aquarium plants are provided with stable CO2 injection and with optimal lighting and fertilising will show their best in terms of healthy growth and intensified coloration.

The stainless-steel body of the diffuser protects it from cracks and damage. It’s designed to blend into the arrangement perfectly thanks to its small size and elegant look.

The Nano CO2 Mist Technology membrane is replaceable and easy to reinstall. The IO Stainless Steel CO2 Diffuser is compatible with all our CO2 resistant tubes. The kit also contains two high-quality suction cups for stable diffuser positioning on the aquarium glass.

Depending on your tank size, you can choose the best model of IO Stainless Steel Series Diffuser:

• Small for tanks below 40G (150L)
• Large for tanks above 40G (150L)

Diffuser Use

To use this excellent CO2 diffuser, simply connect your CO2 resistant tubing to the diffuser.

It is recommended that you set the pressure on your CO2 regulator to a minimum of 2 bar as a starting point.  Please allow the diffuser to soak in the aquarium water for at least 2h before pressurising the diffuser.

Please note: In the beginning, the diffuser may release large bubbles around the ceramic ring. Over the first 24h of use, all the ceramic pores will fill with water and bubble size will decrease to the optimal size. Also, allow a few minutes for sufficient pressure to build up to allow the CO2 to begin passing through, it may not begin instantly. 

WARNING: Do not use any chemicals or abrasives on the IO Stainless Steel Series CO2 Diffuser as this will damage the finish of the product.  Should you need to replace the membrane or simply for cleaning remove the diffuser out of the aquarium and rotate the head of the diffuser counterclockwise gently until the membrane is exposed and can be removed.
